Ode To ATL

The ask
Crown Royal wanted to celebrate Atlanta through the people, places, and culture that make the city what it is. After more than a year of documenting ATL culture online, Butter.ATL saw an opportunity to bring the platform off the feed and into real life.
The question underneath the brief: can a digital culture platform become a physical destination? Crown Royal put its name behind finding out.
What we made
Ode to ATL. A one-day pop-up experience that turned Butter.ATL's content into an interactive celebration of the city. Guests moved through culture-driven installations, photo moments, activations, and experiences powered by Crown Royal, Butter.ATL, Ateaelle, The Spice Group, Red Bull, and other Atlanta partners.
It was part content experience, part community gathering, and completely ATL.
What happened
Atlanta showed up to celebrate itself. Ode to ATL gave our audience a chance to step inside the culture they had been following online, while giving Crown Royal an authentic role in a moment built around the city.
The experience helped prove that Butter.ATL was more than a media platform. It could turn Atlanta culture into a physical destination people wanted to experience, share, and be part of.
