JUST BREATHE: An Interactive Mental Health Conversation

Mental health advocates and professionals will lead this interactive forum on wellness and therapy, with meaningful conversations, workshops on intention setting, gratitude and affirmations, mediation and breathwork, and “Ask a Therapist” sessions setup like speed-dating. The event is free, and there will be a 7-8pm cocktail hour with a cash bar.
