DESCRIPTION:The Carnegie Writers\, the South’s leading creative writing group\, is hosting its 6th Annual Conference online on Saturday\, November 14\, 2020 from 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST (8:00 pm to 5:00 pm CST). Registration is $50 and open to the public via Eventbrite. All ages are welcome. \nThis year’s conference theme is “Strategies and Tactics for Multidisciplinary Writing.” The conference will feature workshops and tutorials designed to help novice and advanced writers enhance their skills and creativity. Noted Writing & Linguistics instructor at Georgia Southern University’s Statesboro campus and independent publication editor-in-chief Christopher Smith will present the keynote “Zines: An Intro to Multidisciplinary Writing.”
