Slingin’ Wings Festival

Taste and judge chicken wings from more than 16 local wing chains and restaurants, chase it with beer and know that life is good at this 6-hour event for eaters of that most sacred cut of poultry. Your ticket to Slingin’ Wings comes with four vouchers, allowing you one wing from your choice of four participating contestants in the event’s People’s Choice Award. You can buy additional wings for $1 each at places like Three Dollar Cafe, Hudson Grille, Buffalo Wild Wings, and even Lit Ass Wings, which infuses theirs with alcohol. They’ll also have a wing-eating competition and a wing tossing contest which you can sign up to join onsite, first-come first-serve. You’ll also find beer from Alpharetta-based Jekyll Brewing, Bulleit Bourbon, and various vendors selling everything from hot sauce to cupcakes.
