The Hsu family, a.k.a. the restaurateurs behind top ATL restaurant Lazy Betty and several other highly praised Atlanta restaurants, are hosting a virtual cooking class to teach you a few recipes to help celebrate Chinese New Year, including Chinese pan-fried noodles with chicken and vegetables, and Mandarin pork ribs with pineapple. You can order the full ingredients kit when you sign up in advance, then pickup the ingredients at Sweet Auburn Barbecue on February 22 and 23, before recipes and Zoom details are emailed to you.
